Processing
In-stock pieces are dispatched within 2 business days of order from our New York atelier. You will receive tracking by email.
Made-to-Order & Sizing Delays
Made-to-order pieces, and any size above XS, carry a 7–10 business day production window. We will confirm a precise dispatch date once your piece enters production.
International Shipping
NIKITA ships worldwide via tracked, signed-for couriers. All prices are charged in USD; the currency switcher displays an estimated conversion for your reference.
Duties & Taxes
Where possible, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. For some destinations, customs duties may be due on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Unworn pieces in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customs, runway samples, and made-to-order pieces are final sale. To begin a return write to clientservices@thisisnikita.com.
Faulty or Damaged
If a piece arrives faulty or damaged in transit, please write to client services within 7 days of receipt with photographs.
